I work with each client at their own pace to help restore health and vitality through proper food and lifestyle choices. I provide education, recommendations and a flexible plan of action to help assure success.

Energy medicine:

Healing sessions consist of energetic work, combined with sound and shamanic techniques. This restores vitality and balance to the energy centers in the body. The body's own healing abilities are activated, which enhances physical and emotional well-being and reduces stress. Deep healing on many levels is possible with this work.

Healing Work:    $125.00 per session

Transformation Intensive:

For those who wish to experience a profound life transformation that will empower them on every level, this intensive will do just that.

4-Week Package - This package consists of 3 different sessions per week for one month, plus an initial 90 minute visit for nutritional counseling and assessment.

One session per week will consist of shamanic work – fire ceremony, soul retrieval, spirit journeys and empowerments. This work is profoundly healing and life enhancing.
The second weekly session will be an immersion into energy medicine and sound healing, taking the physical body as well as the subtle bodies into a deep, receptive state that promotes healing on every level.
The third weekly session will be in the kitchen, where you will be taught the basics of traditional, health-giving, food preparation – broths, cultured foods and beverages, soups, sourdough bread, and simple, nutrient-dense meals. You will leave each session with the confidence to prepare this food on your own.
Expect wondrous shifts to happen as you embark on a journey into your own personal power and ability to nurture/nourish your whole self/Self.
