Shonagh brings through the Divine Mother wisdom teachings. She is an energetic channel, shamanic practitioner, nutritional therapist and spiritual teacher. She is the author of the book, Ix Chel Wisdom: 7 Teachings from the Mayan Sacred Feminine.

Through her vast knowledge of traditional healing foods, body wisdom and voracious spiritual exploration, Shonagh fosters healing on multiple levels for her students and private clients. She has worked extensively with master teachers Tom Kenyon, Brugh Joy, Isabel Lambert and William Rand. Her shaman teachers are Miguel Angel Vergara, from the Yucatan, John Knowlton, of the Peruvian mysteries, and Patricia White Buffalo Woman. In addition, she has studied sound healing and pranotthana work with Keith Salmon and Edith Stein.

Shonagh hosts monthly full moon ceremonies for women, creating community and deepening bonds among participants. She teaches classes to women, young and old, on the sacredness of the blood mysteries and rites of passage into womanhood for our daughters. In addition, she teaches about the mysteries of the crone. These are wise woman teachings and they are desperately needed in our culture today.

Her love of the body and its innate ability to heal has led her to a thorough exploration of traditional foods. She is a Weston A. Price chapter leader in Redmond, hosting monthly meetings around healthy eating and sustainable farming practices. She sees clients for nutritional therapy, helping them bring their bodies into balance through proper food choices. Classes on traditional food preparation are offered regularly.

Shonagh sees a number of clients for healing through shamanic practices, energy medicine and sound. She also provides ceremonial services for individual clients and groups. She teaches in the Pacific Northwest and the Yucatan.

She is the mother of two beautiful daughters who carry wondrous gifts of their own. All have been known to dance around the fire under the light of grandmother moon.
